On 6 April 2016, ESMA published a second discussion paper on UCITS share classes, following up on its initial one from December 2014.

On 6 April 2016, ESMA published a second discussion paper on UCITS share classes, following up on its initial one from December 2014.  The new paper discloses some further more specific thoughts as to not just what is the share class but also, consequently, what is a sub-fund.
