Further to my colleague Sonal's update in November on the coming into force of the new rules on e-cigarettes advertising in the UK, I have recently published an article on the new rules in my column Further to my colleague Sonal's update in November on the coming into force of the new rules on e-cigarettes advertising in the UK, I have recently published an article on the new rules in my column in The Marketer magazine.

The article summarises the new rules and also provides a useful reminder to marketers that e-cigarette ads need to comply with all of the general advertising rules in the CAP Code (e.g. regarding misleading claims and offensiveness).  The article is available here: http://bit.ly/1AqqFKt.
