We are holding workshops in London and Manchester, led by speakers from our Employment and Pensions Group, which will guide you through the process of handling misconduct and poor performance in the workplace, from dealing with the investigation process through to the way to encourage improvement. We will highlight the key factors to bear in mind when tackling misconduct and poor performance and discuss how best to reduce their impact on the workplace.
