The Employment Tribunal system is at the heart of the Government’s ongoing review of employment law. We have already seen a number of changes come into force, including new Employment Tribunal fees, new Employment Tribunal rules and changes to unfair dismissal compensation.
The prospect of being taken to Tribunal is often daunting, even for the most experienced managers. Our Mock Employment Tribunal will allay those fears. We will guide you through the main stages of the process, highlighting some of the key changes.
