R (HSE) v ATE Truck & Trailer Sales Ltd

[2018] EWCA Crim 752, 13/04/2018

The Court of Appeal has reduced to £200,000 a "manifestly excessive" £475,000 fine imposed on a truck sale and leasing company for breaches of health and safety law which led to the accidental death of a contractor. Source: Out-Law.com
