My main areas of practice

A particular focus of my advice is in the area of public procurement law, in which I can already look back on more than 10 years of professional experience and which also includes the establishment and management of several public procurement offices.

In addition, I advise on public procurement procedures under national and EU public procurement law, both for supplies and services as well as for construction services in all phases of the procedure. I also have expertise in advising project sponsors, clients and contractors on all issues relating to procurement and purchasing, including complaints and applications for review.

I advise our clients in German and English. I also speak French and Hebrew.

My background

I studied law in Rostock and Augsburg. After my legal clerkship in Munich, with stations in Kempten, Swabia and Augsburg, I was the permanent representative of the Administrative Director of the Berlin Institute for Health Research at Charité University Medicine until my last position.
