Ludovic Bernet (Fieldfisher Paris, Africa Group) a participé le 9 mars à la présentation à Paris du rapport ARCADIA (Annual Report on Commodity Analytics and Dynamics in Africa) 2019 auquel il a contribué en tant que co-auteur du Chapitre 4 sur les enjeux du contenu local dans les secteurs extractifs.
Le rapport ARCADIA, relatif à l'Afrique et aux marchés mondiaux de matières premières, s’inscrit dans le cadre d’une collaboration entre CyclOpe et le Policy Center for the New South. Il couvre de nombreux marchés tel que le cacao et le café, le minerai de fer, le pétrole, le gaz, le cuivre ou le phosphate tout en observant avec acuité les mutations structurelles du continent. Ce rapport s’intéresse également aux aspects économiques, juridiques, financiers et géopolitiques.

Publication of the Arcadia report 2019 on commodities markets in Africa – Presentation in Paris
Ludovic Bernet (Fieldfisher Paris, Africa Group) participated on 9 March to the presentation in Paris of the Annual Report on Commodity Analytics and Dynamics in Africa (ARCADIA) 2019 to which Ludovic Bernet contributed as co-author of Chapter 4 dealing with local content issues in the extractive sectors.
The ARCADIA report which concerns African and world markets for raw materials, falls within the framework of a collaboration between CyclOpe and the Policy Center for the New South. It covers numerous markets such as cocoa and coffee, iron ore, oil, gas, copper, or phosphates, while providing keen observations on structural changes on the continent. This report also covers economic, legal, financial and geopolitical aspects.
