Daniel Franks, a partner in our Derivatives and Structured Finance group, has recently been interviewed by Lexis Nexis in relation to the recent launch by LCH. Clearnet and Euroclear, in collaboration with Banque de France, of the €GCPlus clearing service for triparty repos.
