Colin has vast experience in commercial disputes both domestically and internationally with key expertise in commercial/corporate disputes and technical disputes. Colin has been published in several leading legal journals.
He has led on a range of commercial and investment arbitrations, including a $200m+ natural resources dispute requiring supportive injunctive relief in the London High Court.
Since 2013 Colin has led Fieldfisher's Dispute Resolution practice, which has gone from strength to strength, growing to be the largest practice in the firm. Fieldfisher now has over 400 contentious lawyers across its European network.
