Fieldfisher's technology team in Manchester, led by Partner Sam Jardine and Associate Liam Corrigan, supported Frog through complex contract negotiations leading to a long-term government contract, acting alongside Danish IT business consultancy, NetCompany.
The collaboration between Frog and NetCompany will see a bespoke school communication and collaboration technology platform reach 2 million people across the whole of Denmark.
The project, Aula, will be a one-stop-shop for everyone involved in a child’s education. It will support easy communication and collaboration between home and school, in a way not yet in existence, through its own built-in features. Innovative features include timetabling, organising parent’s evenings, quick and easy messaging systems, media galleries, registration systems and much, much more.
