Fieldfisher advises HANSAINVEST Real Assets on the mezzanine financing of a SUNfarming Group PV portfolio with 116 MWp and 85 PV parks in Germany
Fieldfisher provided comprehensive legal advice to HANSAINVEST Real Assets GmbH with regard to the mezzanine financing of a PV portfolio of the SUNfarming Group with 116 MWp by means of a bond. The PV portfolio largely consists of existing installations in the federal states of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Brandenburg, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia. Specifically, the portfolio includes 85 individual ground-mounted and roof-mounted systems that were commissioned between 2010 and 2019. Fieldfisher provided legal support for the entire documentation of the mezzanine financing.
