Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP announces today the appointment of Charlie Keeling as the firm’s first Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Charlie has been the firm’s HR Director since 2008. As COO he will join the firm’s Board and will be responsible for business services and support functions across all offices. Working alongside newly appointed Managing Partner Matthew Lohn, he will be driving further implementation of the firm’s strategy and development of the firm’s operational processes to support international growth.

Charlie joined Fieldfisher three years ago from technology and consulting firm, BearingPoint where he was European Head of HR. He has over 20 years’ experience in HR at an international level and has also worked as a management consultant, dealing with strategy and organisational development, business process improvement and change management.
