A team led by corporate partner Anthony Brockbank, supported by Tom Martin, advised on a private unbrokered placing of a strategic stake of 10,403,980 shares in Rambler Metals & Mining plc issued to Tinma International Limited, a BVI vehicle for Chinese investors.
