In M&A, I regularly advise domestic and multinational clients, including ranging from investors, private equity funds and major industrial players, on large and complex transactions, including acquisitions and divestures, venture capital investments and extraordinary corporate transactions in general in a wide range of industries, in particular luxury goods, food, energy, gaming and financial services.
In ECM deals, I advise clients in complex securities offerings, including initial public offerings (IPOs), public takeover offerings (OPA), securities law and corporate governance issues.
Over the years I also gained a significant experience in infrastructure and construction law, having assisted the major Italian general contractors in transactions over several jurisdictions.
I spend most of the spare time with my family. I like travelling, cooking and riding my bike.
