Re:Cognition Health Conference "The Big Picture"
Fieldfisher sponsors Re:Cognition Health Conference "The Big Picture" held at The Pullman Hotel, St Pancras, on Thursday 15 October 2015.
The Conference focused on how advances in neuro-imaging and other new diagnostic markers influence the evaluation of brain injury in clinical medicine, rehabilitation and in the Courts.
The Conference was a huge success. It was particularly fascinating to look at how advances in imaging help lawyers establish the effects of mild TBI. Historically, MRI scans may have appeared "normal", whilst clients report significant deficiencies in their cognitive ability and behaviour. These incredible advances may allow us to demonstrate physical damage which was previously invisible.
The Conference was attended by lawyers, medical professionals and case managers. The feedback has been overwhelming.
