Yet again Ludgate circus is the scene of devastation as it is believe a woman suffered life threatening injuries following a collision with a lorry. Ludgate Circus is a well known black spot and earlier this year TFL were heavily criticised for failing to improve the intersection.
The suggestion in April 2014 was that there were plans to improve and rebuild the junction; but so far no change, and of course another very seriously injured young person. If even the most obvious black spots cannot be dealt with quickly then what hope is there.
