The latest edition of Andrew Morgan's "Personal Injury Damages and Statistics" has just been published as part of Butterworth's Personal Injury Litigation Service.
Andrew Morgan is a partner in Fieldfisher's Personal Injury and Medical Negligence Department. With more than 20 year's experience, Andrew acts for clients who have mesothelioma or who suffer from serious work-related and psychiatric injuries.
Andrew's book sets out up to date and historic tables and statistics that provide personal injury lawyers with the fundamental data that they need to calculate claims for special damages and future financial loss. It contains tax, interest and inflation rates as well as actuarial tables and commentary.
