Front seat passenger recovers damages following road traffic accident
The four boys were travelling back from a party when the driver lost control of his vehicle. The vehicle then struck the pillar of a gateway leading to the driveway of a residential property.
Davids best friend was sadly killed as a result of the accident and David sustained life changing injuries, including a fractured pelvis, significant maxillofacial damage and kidney damage. The maxillofacial injuries were particularly complex and required carefully orchestrated multi-disciplinary treatment. David had been due to sit his AS levels in June 2012, but required various operations and so had to postpone these by a year.
