Art teacher wins £290,000 for career ending road accident
Janice sustained very serious injuries, including a laceration to the lateral aspect of the lower shin, an extensive degloving injury to the medial aspect of the right lower leg, grossly compound communicated fractures to the shafts of the left tibia and fibula with extensive skin and soft tissue damage.
Janice was a very successful teacher. She was Head of Art at a well respected school and in a job in which she was happy and fulfilled. Unfortunately, as a result of the accident, Janice was no longer able to work in her chosen profession.
Initially, Janice instructed other solicitors in the North of England, but later transferred the case to Paul McNeil.
