It will be published by Walter De Gruyter. Due to his work in capital market law, the Frankfurt fieldfisher partner Dr Thorsten Voß was asked to contribute an article on the topic "Development and Perspectives of Short Selling Regulation" to this important work which unites Germany-wide and internationally leading supervisory and capital markets lawyers as authors.
