My focus is drafting and negotiating distribution and supply contracts of all kinds, as well as reviewing and drafting general terms and conditions. In addition to the contractual relationships of companies within the supply chain, this also includes drafting of terms and conditions vis-à-vis consumers, in particular for online shops and the distance selling of financial products.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked as a lawyer in internationally operating law firms in Berlin and Luxembourg.
I am admitted as a lawyer in Germany and hold a limited license as Foreign Law Consultant in Washington, United States.
I advise our clients in German and English.
