My focus is on advising on the drafting and negotiation of distribution and supply contracts of all kinds as well as the assessment and preparation of general terms and conditions.
During my former work as a lawyer in a law firm in Berlin, I gained extensive experience in the fields of franchise law, general terms and conditions law and e-commerce. I also had the opportunity to become familiar with the client's perspective during a secondment with a leading group of companies in the food retail industry, which is to the benefit of my day-to-day client work.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked as a lawyer in Luxembourg. I spent time in Brazil and the US during my school years, studies and legal clerkship. I studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms-University in Münster and completed my legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal.
I advise my clients in German and English.
