My main areas of practice
I advise on all aspects of German and European Antitrust Law. My many years of experience include cartel investigations by the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office, the preparation and submission of leniency applications, support during searches by the cartel authorities and comprehensive compliance training.

I also advise our clients on the abuse of dominant market positions, antitrust damages actions, German and European merger control and distribution antitrust issues. I also regularly advise on Antitrust Law aspects in connection with horizontal cooperation agreements, such as research and development agreements and licence agreements, as well as Antitrust Law issues in connection with the use of industrial property rights.

I advise our clients in German and English.

Personal engagement
I teach Antitrust Law at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences and am a member of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht e.V. and the Deutsch-Britische Juristenvereinigung.

My background
I completed my legal clerkship in the Antitrust Law practice of a major law firm in Dusseldorf and London.

Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked as a lawyer in an Antitrust and Telecommunications boutique in Dusseldorf. From 2006 to 2011, I worked as a Senior Associate in the Antitrust team of a major international law firm in Dusseldorf.
