My main areas of practice
In the area of Banking and Capital Markets Law, my particular focus is on providing advice in connection with derivatives and structured financing. In the area of Corporate Law, I counsel in particular ESG-compliant real estate funds on M&A transactions.
I advise our clients in German, English and Farsi.
Education
My background
I studied at the University of Heidelberg and completed a Master's degree (LL.M.) in "International Financial Law" at King's College in London in 2013.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked for two law firms specializing in Banking and Litigation Law, an international law firm and a Scottish life insurance company.
I was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2012 and as a Barrister in 2015.
