In the course of assisting start-ups as well as global brand portfolios, I support my clients in finding trademarks, designs and company names, conduct corresponding availability searches and advise on the development of application strategies as well as on the securing, exploitation and enforcement of IP rights in Germany, the EU and worldwide.

I advise on agreements on the delimitation of prior rights, on licensing as well as on purchase and merchandising agreements and regularly represent national and international companies in proceedings before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva, the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA) and in appeal proceedings before the Federal Patent Court (BPatG) in Munich, as well as in proceedings before German courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union (ECJ) in trade mark, design and competition law actions.

I advise my clients in German, English and French.
