A special focus is on contractual advice and judicial representation of legal tech providers operating as law firms, software companies or debt collection service providers. That includes advice on litigation financing, remuneration and financing models.
I am recommended by Juve magazine as an expert in unfair competition law and legal tech, among others.
As Managing Partner I also head Fieldfisher's German offices and I am a member of the Executive Committee of Fieldfisher. I am also spokesman of the board of the Legal Tech Association Germany.
