My main areas of practice
I support private and institutional investors in all phases of a real estate investment - from acquisition to marketing and letting to the sale of the asset.

One focus here is on providing legal advice on real estate transactions, in particular commercial and special Real Estate, such as shopping centres, logistics properties, nursing homes and hotels, as well as project developments.

I have many years of experience in the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases as well as in other issues related to the management of Real Estate, in particular in Land, Tenancy and Construction Law.

In addition, I handle court proceedings to enforce or defend claims.

I advise our clients in German and English.

My background
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked for a law firm in Hamburg specialising in Real Estate Law.
