My main areas of practice
I have particular expertise in advising on private equity transactions and venture capital investments. In addition to my transactional expertise, I regularly advise clients on key corporate issues such as reorganisations, joint ventures and restructurings.

I advise German and multinational investors and companies throughout the life cycle of a transaction.

My clients include national and international corporations, private equity funds, high net worth individuals, venture capital investors and start-ups, particularly in the Technology, Energy, Infrastructure and Healthcare sectors, as well as real estate project developers.

I advise my clients in German and English.

My background
I studied at the Universities of Heidelberg and Münster and wrote my doctoral thesis on the subject of stock corporation law, "Die Sonderprüfung nach §§ 142 ff. AktG".

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I spent several years at a Magic Circle law firm and a boutique firm specialising in energy, infrastructure and real estate with a focus on advising on M&A transactions, Private Equity and Corporate Law.
