My main areas of practice
A particular focus of my practice is on contract and corporate disputes.

I advise and represent clients not only in (arbitration) court proceedings, but also in other dispute resolution options such as mediation or settlement.

Our clients are national and international companies and groups from various industries as well as shareholders and entrepreneurs.

I always find solutions for our clients that are in line with their interests and make economic sense by tackling complex issues in an efficient, structured and committed manner.

I have already worked on the following projects:
  • Representation of an international importer of foodstuffs in a DIS arbitration to enforce the ineffectiveness of the withdrawal of a trading licence.
  • Representation of a shareholder in a DIS arbitration and in several ordinary court proceedings (including interim relief proceedings) in a dispute under company law and in the defence of claims for damages in the high double-digit million range
  • Representation of a German family-owned group of companies in several ordinary court proceedings (also interim legal protection proceedings) in a corporate dispute and in several contractual disputes
  • Representation of an English company in DIS arbitration proceedings in defence of a claim of a former shareholder
  • Advising a German group of companies in connection with the processing and examination of facts for action against several former managing directors
  • Representing an international IT company in ordinary court proceedings in defending a claim for damages in the millions of euros
  • Advising an international distributor of healthcare products and services in connection with a contractual dispute with a supplier
  • Representing a hotel chain in several ordinary court proceedings (including interim relief proceedings) in various contentious disputes.
I advise our clients in German and English.

Personal engagement
I am a trained business mediator (MuCDR) and a member of DIS40.

My background
I studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich with a focus on international and European private and procedural law. During my legal clerkship, which I completed at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, I was able to gain insights into the legal department of a German car manufacturer.

After my legal clerkship, I obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Sydney, Australia.

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I gained experience in dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration with other international commercial law firms.
