My main areas of practice
I have 16 years of experience in providing strategic and practical advice to national and international clients and have particular expertise in Employee Data Protection. In particular, I advise on employee monitoring, discrimination and the drafting and negotiation of company agreements.
My expertise includes working in the legal department of a German subsidiary of a listed Japanese technology company and a medium-sized German energy supplier.
I advise our clients in German and English.

I am a member of the German Association for Transport Law e.V.
My background
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked for two years in a medium-sized law firm in Dusseldorf in the areas of Employment and Distribution Law.
