My main areas of practice
I advise domestic and foreign clients on national and cross-border transactions on the buyer and seller side as well as on restructuring measures and reorganisation processes and support joint ventures and various cooperations. My particular expertise lies in advising on transactions and financing (in particular mezzanine financing) in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors with a focus on renewable energy projects in Germany and Europe. I was able to deepen my experience during a secondment with a leading German provider for project development, project realisation and operational management of energy generation plants. I also advise on all Corporate Law topics and issues from the formation of a company throughout its entire existence. Furthermore, my area of expertise includes the drafting and negotiation of different types of contracts, including various project contracts.

Our clients include German and international corporations, financial investors, banks, venture capital investors and start-ups, project developers, insurance companies and companies from the energy industry.

I advise our clients in German, English, Slovak and Czech.

My background
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked as a lawyer in two renowned international Commercial Law firms in the areas of Corporate Law and M&A.
