I advise on transactions, both on the buyer and on the seller side, as well as on (intra-group) restructuring and transformation processes, including cross-border mergers, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and venture capital. My particular expertise lies in advising on projects in the field of renewable energies.

My background
I studied law in Passau and Munich. After my legal clerkship in Munich, I completed a Master's Degree (LL.M.) in Law at the University of Cape Town.
I run a family-owned cattle farm in Namibia, which allows me to understand both entrepreneurial aspects and the global need for renewable energy development.
