I am an experienced attorney and a WIPO listed arbitrator and mediator.
I specialize in a broad spectrum of intellectual property matters, both contentious and non-contentious, including patent prosecution, patent litigation, and technology transaction etc. I also handle data, competition, export control as well as other technology related matters.
I had an engineering background and then received law degrees from China, Europe and the United States. I am a licensed attorney in China and the State of New York, and I also passed China and the US patent bars. I am also CIPP certified data practitioner in the United States.
I am familiar with legal regimes of multiple jurisdictions, and help clients on both inbound and outbound business. I am often capable of analyzing legal issues from a cross-jurisdiction perspective, by drawing on my knowledge in one jurisdiction in solving problems in another.
I am meanwhile a very dedicated writer of scholarly articles. I regularly write articles on intellectual property, technology and dispute resolution, etc., often drawing on my knowledge of rules in different jurisdictions like China and the US. Up to now, I have written and published over 50 articles, Chinese or English, some of which were bilingual.
