My practice focuses on corporate law, particularly M&A projects and capital market transactions.

My areas of specialization include: (i) advising on mergers and acquisitions in both public and private markets, (ii) capital market transactions (initial and secondary public offerings, tender offers for shares of public companies, introducing financial instruments to stock exchange trading, including dual-listing projects, mandatory buyouts, and delisting processes), (iii) corporate law, and (iv) corporate and compliance issues related to entities operating on the capital markets.

My primary client base consists of large and medium-sized public companies and entities operating in financial services, Private Equity, Venture Capital, technology, infrastructure, energy, and the chemical sectors.

I've completed several groundbreaking projects, including the first dual listing in Poland, the first dual-listing of a Polish company on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and several precedent-setting public takeover bids for companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

I am a leading advisor on foreign listings of Polish companies, having advised on numerous projects of this nature.

I previously served as General Counsel at a leading Polish video games company, providing legal support during its listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

My career began at the Polish office of Hunton & Williams (now Hunton Andrews Kurth), which was later acquired by Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP and subsequently Greenberg Traurig, LLP. During this period, I became a partner. I then spent four years at White & Case as a local and international partner and also served as a partner at Polish law firms SPCG, B2Rlaw and LSW.
