He specialises in corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings, providing both counsel and litigation assistance.

With more than 25 years’ experience in corporate restructuring and finance, Bruno has extensive expertise in bankruptcy procedures, including assistance to investment funds, notably as concerns investments in difficulty, liability risk prevention, transfer and acquisition, assistance to debtors and creditors in operations of restructuring, collective and amicable proceedings, assistance in acquisition of companies in difficulty, and business litigation, notably in matters of transfer, acquisition, guarantee of assets and liabilities, management and shareholder liability.

His clients span all business sectors and in particular, finance, private equity, and heavy industry.

His university background is based both on law and finance and management and this is a strong asset for understanding his clients' needs.

Bruno qualified as a lawyer in 1989. He started his carrier in 1989 with SCP Santoni-Paccioni before joining Fieldfisher as a partner in 2008.
