The debt collection company SEPA Collect GmbH is acquiring all shares in solvendi GmbH from the previous owner zwei.7 Equity GmbH. A team led by Jan Hartmann and Slaven Kovacevic from the law firm Fieldfisher provided legal support to the buyer.

With this transaction, the nationwide and cross-industry debt collection service provider SEPA Collect GmbH is expanding its own portfolio with a strong and well-known brand in debt collection management.

solvendi GmbH is originally a spin-off of the buw group of companies, at the time the leading customer care service provider in Europe. The company has been owned by the investment company zwei.7 Equity GmbH, both based in Osnabrück, since 2018 and offers its customers full-service receivables management and various payment solutions, including business process outsourcing.

SEPA Collect GmbH from Taufkirchen in Bavaria is a renowned debt collection company that has been active on the market for over 10 years and processes around 1.5 million receivables annually with highly automated processes in a modern IT system landscape and a broad network of partners. With this strategic acquisition, it is consistently continuing its growth.

Fieldfisher has already advised SEPA Collect GmbH on its growth path in previous acquisitions and also provided full legal support for this takeover.
