My main areas of practice
A particular focus of my work is advising national and international companies on cross-border transactions, group restructurings and shareholder disputes.

I advise our clients in German and English.

My background
I studied law in Dusseldorf and obtained a bachelor's degree in European law at Maastricht University. During my studies, I completed an Erasmus period in Paris at the University of Nanterre and have already worked for four years as a research assistant at Fieldfisher in Corporate Law. 

During my legal traineeship, I spent time at a leading national law firm in White-Collar Crime Law and at the Canadian-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Toronto, among others.
