My main areas of practice
As a specialist lawyer for Labour Law, I advise national and international clients on all issues of individual and collective Labour Law. I represent our clients nationwide in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.

A particular focus is on advising on individual law issues relating to the conclusion, continuation and, in particular, termination of employment relationships.

In addition, I advise on collective bargaining issues such as Co-Determination Law.

In addition, I provide Labour Law advice on restructuring, transfers of businesses and company acquisitions.

I advise our clients in German and English.

Publications
Among others, I have published together with Dr. Marcus Iske on the amendments to the Evidence Act.
