I guide clients through their interactions with EU and UK competition regulators to ensure optimal outcomes, advising across the full spectrum of mergers (both merging entities and third parties), digital regulation, and antitrust investigations.

Where necessary, I also litigate – both to overturn regulatory decisions, and to achieve damages for losses suffered due to anticompetitive behaviour. I have litigated an exceptionally high number of EU Court of Justice cases (possibly one of the highest tallies in the London law firm market) as well as representing hundreds of claimants at the CAT in follow-on damages actions.  

In the international trade space, I advise clients on international economic law and public policy issues. I currently represent one of the world's largest energy companies in its interactions with the European institutions
