I have experience in drafting and implementing contracts of employment, service agreements, consultancy agreements and employee handbooks. I also advise on employee exits including drafting and negotiating settlement agreements.
I have a particular interest in advising on and assisting with investigations. I have recently advised on investigations concerning inappropriate conduct in the workplace and inclusiveness and diversity complaints.
I also enjoy advising on the employment aspects of share acquisitions/disposals and business transfers.
