As an associate in Fieldfisher's leading equity capital markets team, I advise on a range of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs and fundraisings, and governance matters.
I primarily advise investment banks, brokers, listed companies and nominated advisers on transactions on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and AIM. My sector focuses include energy & natural resources and industrials.
My work includes advising:
- Roadside Real Estate plc, the AIM-listed real estate asset manager and developer, on its joint venture with real estate private equity manager Meadow Partners, to build a £250 million property portfolio of roadside community amenities.
- Sunda Energy plc, the AIM-listed exploration and appraisal company focused on gas assets in South-East Asia, on its fundraising for the drilling of the Chuditch-2 well offshore south of Timor-Leste.
- Ocean Harvest Technology Group plc on its IPO on AIM.
- eEnergy Group plc, a leading digital energy services company listed on AIM, on the sale of its energy management division.
