I advise on all aspects of employment law, including contentious and non-contentious matters.
 
As well as advising on day-to-day employee relations matters, I have experience advising businesses on employee projects including redundancy exercises (individual and collective), restructures and changes to terms and conditions. I also have extensive experience advising on the employment law aspects of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on share acquisitions and private equity deals, including leading on due diligence exercises and assisting with transaction documentation.
 
My contentious experience includes acting for employers in Employment Tribunal claims, ranging from basic unfair dismissal to more complex discrimination claims.
 
I am a key member of the EPIC whistleblowing team, and have experience advising on whistleblowing policies.
 
Whilst I have worked across a variety of sectors, my focus areas include energy, life sciences, transport and retail.
 
I regularly provide bespoke client training on a range of topics including investigations, sexual harassment, and whistleblowing.
