Jamie Woodcock

I am a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial team. I advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements and restructurings. I am especially experienced in advising clients in the technology and renewable energy sectors.

I regularly act for scaling tech companies and start-ups, as well as renewable energy developers and funders, providing practical, commercial advice tailored to clients' objectives. I also advise boards on corporate governance, compliance and risk management, and works closely with colleagues across Fieldfisher's international network on cross-border matters.

I am Fieldfisher Ireland's AI Champion and work with colleagues across the firm's international network to drive innovation in legal service delivery.
