JAUSAS Law Firm has advised Plastipak – the American manufacturer of plastic containers – on the acquisition of the main business unit of La Seda de Barcelona. The sale and purchase agreement has been signed today, two months after the Commercial Court Number 1 of Barcelona authorized the transaction.
