My main areas of practice
The focus of my work is on Commercial and Distribution Law. I advise international companies on contractual relationships within supply chains as well as distribution to consumers. Here, my expertise lies in the negotiation and drafting of distribution, cooperation and supply agreements, the review and drafting of general terms and conditions as well as the drafting of service agreements.
In addition, I advise companies from various industries in the field of E-commerce.
I advise our clients in German and English.
My background
I studied law in Freiburg im Breisgau and gained experience in an international pharmaceutical group during my training.
