My main areas of practice

I advise domestic and foreign companies with a particular focus on M&A transactions, corporate housekeeping/compliance and intra-group restructuring measures under Corporate Law as well as on the formation of companies. In addition, I specialise in advising foreign companies on their expansion into Germany and on issues arising in this context, in particular of a Corporate Law nature.

In addition, I support our clients in drafting contracts, in particular in drafting various types of sales and service contracts, company contracts and general terms and conditions (GTC).

I have many years of experience in consulting in the Banking and Finance, Retail and Healthcare sectors.

I advise our clients in German, English and French.

My background
I studied law in Freiburg im Breisgau and in Grenoble/France. I was admitted to the bar in 2006. Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked for several years as an in-house lawyer at a large accounting firm and later at their international law firm.
