I have particular expertise in IT and business process outsourcing and digital transformation projects and have advised on a number of complex and groundbreaking projects including the UK Government's £4.5bn National Identity Scheme, a transformational IT outsourcing involving a tier 1 Technology services provider and Lloyds Banking Group and a £660m second-generation business process outsourcing for NS&I. My team has also won a number of awards for advice in the IT and Technology sector including “TMT firm of the year”.

I also advise on innovative technologies like distributed ledger technology, AI and machine learning and the licensing and exploitation of digital data and databases.
