Professional background
She advises on multidisciplinary civil pre-litigation and litigation cases (tort and contractual liability) and commercial disputes between companies and/or individuals, corporate law disputes (post-acquisition of companies, shareholders' disputes, disputes between shareholders and managers, managers' liability), disputes related to distressed LBO transactions, as well as insolvency proceedings and amicable settlement of companies' difficulties.
She also has experience in litigation relating to stock market fraud and commercial contracts.
She holds a specialised Master's degree in Finance from the ESCP-EAP and a Master's degree in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris II.
Before joining Fieldfisher in Paris, she spent four years as an associate in the Restructuring/Commercial litigation departments at Cabinet Altana and prior to that, she completed internships at Bredin Prat, Skadden & Arps and Farthouat Asselineau et Associés law firms.
She speaks both French and English.
