Professional background
Marlène deals with commercial litigation involving French and international law issues, focusing mainly on contractual and tort liability as well as corporate law litigation, in various sectors such as the chemical industry, insurance, transport and new technologies.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher as an associate, she completed several internships in French law firms, at the Paris Court of Appeal and in the legal department of an international company in London.
She holds a Master 1 in Business Law from the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and a Master 2 in Domestic and International Contract Law from the Paris Saclay University, from which she graduated with honours, as valedictorian. She also holds a university degree in International Business Litigation.
She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021.
Marlène speaks French and English and has a good knowledge of German.
