Alexandre acts for a wide range of stakeholders — including debtors, creditors, directors and shareholders — in both pre-insolvency (ad hoc mandates, conciliation) and insolvency proceedings, providing legal advice and representation in both advisory and contentious matters.
Alexandre also works on multidisciplinary pre-litigation and litigation cases involving civil and commercial disputes between companies and/or individuals, as well as corporate law disputes (post-acquisition disputes, shareholder disputes, disputes between shareholders and directors, director liability, and criminal business law). He regularly defends French and foreign clients in multi-jurisdictional disputes.
Before joining Fieldfisher as an associate in June 2025, Alexandre was an associate at Steering Legal for five years. He also completed internships at several law firms, including Theron & Associés, Dentons, Betto Perben, and the Paris Court of Appeal.
He holds an LLM in International Law and Management from HEC Paris and a Master 2 in International Economic Law from Panthéon-Assas Paris II University.
He speaks French and English.
