She advises on multidisciplinary pre-litigation and litigation cases, civil and commercial litigation between companies and/or individuals (contract breaches, business torts), as well as corporate law disputes (post-acquisition of companies, shareholders' disputes, disputes between shareholders and managers, directors' liability and white-collar crime). She regularly represents both French and foreign clients in cross-border disputes.
She holds a B.A. from McGill University (Canada) in Political Science and Management, and a master's degree in Economic Law from the Science Po Paris law school. She also tooks part in an academic exchange programme at Stanford Law School as part of a gap year.
She was previously an associate at Cohen Amir-Aslani and Reinhart Marville Torre. She also worked as an intern at Clifford Chance, Orrick Rambaud Martel, De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés, at the French financial markets authority (Autorité des marches financiers) and at Storengy, a subsidiary of ENGIE.
She was admitted to the Pars Bar in 2020.
She speaks both French and English.
